Keynote Speaker: Michelle McGann

McGann is an LPGA Professional Golfer and Diabetes Awareness advocate. She started playing golf at 7 years old and shortly after at 13, she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the young age of 13. She became a 3-time Florida State Junior champion, going on to be the AJGA Rolex Junior Player of the Year and Rolex Junior First-Team All American. In 1987, she was named GOLF Magazine and GOLF Digest Amateur of the Year. In 1988, she captured the Doherty Cup Championship title. Since joining the LPGA, she has had 9 professional wins, been a two-time Solheim team member, and become one of the most popular personalities in women’s golf for 30+ years. She has also started the Michelle McGann Fund, an organization dedicated to empowering families with the support and education they need to ensure a healthy today and tomorrow for their child.

Lewis is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering results across competitive markets. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales for Callaway Golf, where she has spent the last 3 years leading cross-functional strategy, elevating customer partnerships, and inspiring the sales organization to win with consistency and integrity. Known for her competitive spirit, strategic mindset, and ability to energize teams, Laura brings a deep understanding of sales execution and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for doing the right thing, taking dead aim at ambitious goals, and creating cultures of performance and accountability.

Speaker, Laura Linger, William Blair

Laura Linger has spent her entire career in management and client facing roles with high-net-worth individuals and their families, coordinating their professional services in investments, lending, and financial planning. Prior to joining William Blair she was a Senior Vice President and Division Head in LaSalle’s Wealth Management Group. Her many community activities include Board Member of the Chicago Botanic Garden, Friends of Prentice Hospital, and Steering Committee Member for The Senior Businesswomen’s Forum, Investment Committee Member and Business Advisory Council Member for Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Laura is a co-founder of Fairways for Women, co-founder of the national organization Women’s Leadership and Mentoring Alliance (WLMA), and a member of the Chicago Finance Exchange. She formerly served on the Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, Winnetka Public Schools Foundation, Center for Ethics and Corporate Policy and completed an appointed term in 2003 as the first Chairperson of the Advisory Board for Women by the State of Illinois Treasurer, Judy Barr Topinka.

Speaker, Lindsey Holton, William Blair

Lindsey Holton, partner, manages investment portfolios for individuals, families, and foundations. She works with her clients to understand their unique situations and develops customized portfolios designed to meet each client’s financial goals. Lindsey is a member of the 1935 Wealth Management Team and helps manage the team’s All Cap Growth and Global Dividend Growth strategies.

Lindsey graduated from DePauw University and now lives in Glenview with her husband and children. She serves on the Ravinia board of trustees and is a member of the Glenview Community Church finance committee. Lindsey loves to spend time golfing, playing paddle, cooking, and cheering on her three kids.

Speaker, Amy Fahey, First Women’s Bank

Amy R. Fahey is the chair of the boards of directors of the Bank and the Company. Amy’s banking career spanned nearly 29 years at JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor organizations. She held a variety of senior positions, including Head of Credit Risk for Business Banking, Head of Midwest Middle Market, Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Bank, and Head of Investor Relations. During her career, Amy held numerous other risk management and technology roles, and was a member of the Midwest Executive Committee and the JPMorgan Midwest Foundation.

She has been the President of Sláinte Mhaith Inc., a consulting firm, since 2015. She has served on numerous non-profit boards including United Way, Goodman Theater, and All Chicago Making Homelessness History. Since retiring, Amy has consulted for a number of non-profit organizations, including Opportunity International and IC Catholic Prep. She is Chair of the board of Milaan Foundation. Amy received a B.S. in Information Technology from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.

Speaker, Laura Coy, William Blair

Laura Coy is the Head of Philanthropy and Sustainability, and a Partner at William Blair. She is responsible for overseeing William Blair’s Foundation, our client-facing philanthropy practice, and the firm’s sustainability initiatives. Laura works as a trusted advisor to high-net worth families, family offices, foundations, institutions, executives, boards, and investors on their sustainability programs and charitable giving.

Before joining William Blair, Laura was the senior manager of corporate social responsibility, public affairs manager, and senior corporate philanthropist for W.W. Grainger, Inc. While at Grainger, she designed and led its premier Corporate Social Responsibility program. Prior to working at Grainger, Laura worked for nonprofits including the National Alzheimer’s Association and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Laura serves on the leadership committee of the Illinois Holocaust Museum, the advisory board of ShowerUp Chicago, the leadership council of Loyola’s Baumhart Center, and the board of DePaul College Prep.
